Sanil Magan - CEO

As the co-founder and CEO of Adore Design the entrepreneurial-minded Sanil Magan, is responsible for overseeing all facets of the business, with his prime focus on customer-centric operations and marketing strategies.  Sanil has a proven management track record with over 13 years of experience developing businesses, driving sales growth and providing superior customer service.

Prior to joining Adore Design, Sanil was the Managing Director of a large Cleaning Services company, leading the operational and business development aspects of the business and transforming it from a 3 man operation to a 150 strong organisation, and becoming one of the largest independently run cleaning service company in Durban.

Due to his unrelenting passion for customer service excellence, Sanil has made Adore Design one of the fastest growing Interior Designer companies in South Africa.

Jeanine Theron - Design Director

Co-founder, Jeanine Theron, is the award winning, internationally recognised Interior Designer who leads the creativity aspects of Adore Design.

Jeanine’s 12 years design experience has spanned residential, commercial and retail and her work has been featured in local and international publications and media outlets.

Jeanine’s role is to interpret her clients wishes, resolving the pragmatics of form and function, to create a seamless integrated whole. Highly functional, serene and beautiful, resonant and refined, a place to luxuriate in the moment by moment experience of life…

She understands only too well that no two assignments are the same. Each is an expression of her client’s individuality, personality, living style and preferences, informed by open dialogue and exchange.

Joe is Adore’s main man on the ground running all aspects of business operations and leads a team of 5.  On a daily basis Joe’s unrelenting management of project deliverables, deadlines and quality management ensure that our clients receive the best service possible.

Joe has a solid track record of several years in project management, home improvement and maintenance. His attention to detail is impeccable, and goes the extra mile to exceed our client’s expectations!
